We’re hiring a Community Engagement Coordinator!

Endeavour is seeking an experienced Community Engagement professional with exceptional organisational skills, and a minimum of three years’ experience in youth development and/or education settings to join our dedicated team making a meaningful difference in young lives across Bermuda.

The Community Engagement Coordinator is responsible for supporting administration for Endeavour’s programmes including registration and reporting through data collection and management.

The ideal candidate is an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven record of building positive relationships with students families, schools, and community partners to enhance engagement and retention.
