Our Programmes

Middle School Programme

Enables every student ages 11-12 in their first year of middle school to build confidence and develop skills during a 5-day experiential learning programme based on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math, or STEAM concepts applicable through sailing. Learning modules including wind measurement and wind power, sail area and sailing geometry, buoyancy, and sailing fundamentals. Students also learn about Bermuda’s rich maritime heritage, increase their awareness about the importance of nutrition and enhance their appreciation for Bermuda’s natural and marine environments.

Graduate Programme

Offers a retention pathway for students to continue to develop their skills during school breaks, weekends and the summer. Students are observed during their participation in the Endeavour Middle School Programme and evaluated based on their willingness to learn, respect for others, teamwork, listening skills, and overall effort. Students who demonstrate excellence in these areas and have an interest to continue sailing are invited to return for additional training.

BF&M No Limits Sailing Programme

Provides experiential learning opportunities as a form of recreational therapy for all students ages 6 and older who are on the autism spectrum and/or with developmental challenges that are enrolled at public schools. Students engage in hands-on learning activities featuring Endeavour’s STEAM through Sailing curriculum.

    Club Development Programme

Connects students who have participated in Endeavour’s programmes as well as other local youth sailors who wish to further advance their sailing skills with opportunities to continue sailing at sailing clubs in Bermuda.

    Maritime Career Springboard Programme
