We’re hiring a Community Engagement Coordinator!

We are seeking an experienced community engagement professional with exceptional organisation and project management skills, along with a minimum of three years of experience building positive relationships in a youth development / education setting, to join our dedicated team that is positively impacting diverse young lives across Bermuda.

The Community Engagement Coordinator is responsible for supporting administrative processes across Endeavour’s programmes including registration and reporting through data collection and management.

The successful candidate has extraordinary people skills and effective verbal and written communication skills to foster positive working relationships with participants and their families, educational partners, and community organisations to support the engagement and retention of young people in Endeavour’s programmes.
